The general contractor came out the very next day to check out my concerns about my roof. He explained everything clearly, was very straightforward and very reasonable. I would recommend Well Built Roofing.

We had a sudden and serious gutter problem that required immediate repair....called Well-Built Roofing at 7am today and owner Chris came later in the morning and spent an hour troubleshooting the problem and correcting it. He was very professional and had some sound advice about avoiding future issues. We're very grateful for his prompt response and excellent service. Highly recommend this company!

Had them install a new Roof. Quoted me next day and was on the scheduled the next week. Great product. Owner is who you will talk with not some sales manager which is a huge plus

Amazing! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this business and the owner! Chris is VERY thorough and was very good at explaining things to me and helped me file a claim, which Ive never done, with my insurance company. He also went back and had my insurance company do a second inspection and was able to get more for my claim to help me get a new roof. Very friendly, he also helped out in the community picking up branches & limbs after a very bad storm came through the area. I could not recommend this company enough!

Following some wicked windy storms, requested a roof consultation. The owner, Chris, came the same day. He inspected our roof inside and out and told us our roof is fine. Nothing was needed for the roof. He is very ethical! He could have said anything - I cannot go up there. He was honest! I appreciate the peace of mind he gave me today.

Chris is extremely knowledgeable, professional, experienced, and well-qualified in the roofing industry. Although we ultimately chose not to use his services because we had a personal connection with another contractor who was already familiar with our situation, I would highly recommend Chris and his business to anyone in need of a reliable roofing contractor. He took the time to thoroughly explain the scope of the work, answered all of our questions, and provided fair, competitive pricing. His honest approach and commitment to finding the most cost-effective solution without sacrificing quality were truly appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Chris did a thorough and professional job inspecting our roof. He arrived earlier than expected, took the time to walk me through what he found, and explained everything in terms I could easily understand. He checked all the key areas; shingles, flashing, and gutters and gave me honest, straightforward recommendations. Communication was clear throughout, and the whole process felt efficient and trustworthy. Highly recommend him for anyone needing a reliable roof inspection. I look forward to having my roof repaired or replaced by his company once I decide to move forward with the project.

Chris completed a roof inspection for a real estate listing of mine in a timely manner. The report was very detailed and provided an honest assessment of the condition of the roof that will be valuable during the final price negotiations. Chris is a very professional individual and was a pleasure to work with.

We needed some repairs on our roof and Chris went above and beyond. He was honest and extremely helpful. We will always use Chris for our roofing needs and will 100% recommend them!

Had some gutter issues, they came out and gave me a price very quickly. Agreed to the work and they got it taken care of in no time at all. Very happy with the work that was done and the customer service.

Chris and his team replaced my roof over my carport, and I am so very grateful and satisfied with the work they did. Chris is very customer oriented, eager to please and benevolent. He has a big heart and excellent skills, and his crew was fantastic. They got the job done only days after I contacted him and fit me in the schedule at my convenience. The clean up was perfect and they were particularly careful to protect my trees and flowers. Chris showed me pictures of the well in Uganda that my project helped to fund and I couldn't be happier. Well done!!!

We hired Chris Harkins owner of WellBuilt Roofing and his crew to replace our roof. We met with him two times to go over details of what we wanted. We also communicated through text and email to which he was always quick to respond. Chris is very knowledgeable about roofs, his products and has years of experience replacing them. He gave us advice, made recommendations and in the end always respected our decisions, and came back with a very fair price. Chris let us know well in advance what to expect the day they would be replacing the roof. His crew arrived on time and got straight to work. They even had an unexpected rain shower pop-up but came prepared with tarps not to compromise the project. They arrived at 7am and were completely done with the roof and cleaned up by 2:00! Chris also got us all set with our warranty. I would highly recommend Chris Harkins and WellBuilt Roofing for your roofing project they were respectful and very fairly priced!
